The MoHinhLai team runs an international freight-forwarding company operating 20+ years in Vietnam. Like every business of its generation, it ran on legacy software: the developer long gone, the business formulas locked in unreadable code, a decade of data nobody dared touch.
"Buy new software, migrate everything at once" was ruled out immediately: operational breakage, staff resistance, possible data loss. Sound familiar? That is the situation of hundreds of thousands of Vietnamese businesses.
